Cobá Ruins-Valladolid
Coba—the second-largest Maya city —offers an incredible glimpse into ancient history. We’ll walk the ancient sacbés inside Coba and learn what life was back then. Afterward we’ll jump into one of our handpicked cenotes to refresh ourselves before heading to Valladolid, stroll through its history, browse unique Mexican craft shops, and savor some local delicacies before enjoying lunch at one of our favorite restaurants. Just 15km from Tulum, we’ll discover the hidden gem of Muyil (also known as Chunyaxché)—one of the earliest and longest-inhabited Maya sites on the Yucatan’s eastern coast and sail what once were trading canals in Sian Kaan reserve and, to top it off, we’ll have a local lunch in a delicious place and shop.
